What
is Tanelorn Arcanum?
- Tanelorn is an online gallery of
my works (both drawn and written) and my characters. It also
serves as my general homepage with my sometimes interesting odds-and-ends:
like the humor page.
What
does Tanelorn Arcanum mean?
- Pronounced: Tan-eh-lorn Are-can-um; Tanelorn is just a name of a
city in someone's book (i think), so that is in no way mine.
Arcanum, however, is Latin for "sacred secret".
The two just happened to work together. There's no 'deeper' meaning
in any of it.
What's
with the 'rat' refferences?
- Ahha! Now if you read my persunal bio...you'd figure it out. But
for some clarification...My Chinesse zodiac sign is the Year of the
Rat. i've always loved rats - it's that simple. Splinter was always
the coolest and no body messed with Rizzo.
What
happened to The Night Gallery?
- Ah...another good question. The Night Gallery isn't gone...it just
evolved into Tanelorn, is all.
What
is The Rat PAck?
- Oh, so you've noticed...The Rat PAck (which is moi) is
a name i use to reffer to my entire group of Role Playing characters.
Some of my friends in the RP message boards use group names too (IE:
The Silver Wheel, The Dream Team, The Creature Crew, The Steel Circle).
i know, i know..."But why is there a picture of a group?"...well,
i needed a main avatar - ya know, a symbol of sorts - and BAMPH!...The
Rat PAck was born. (by the way...the second 'A' is
capitalized...a typo that turned out to be a trademark)
If
this is your webpage, why are there other people's work?
- Ok, this is where we got mixed up last time...This is MY
page. End of story. The reason other people's work is on here is because
they are my friends. They sent me pictures that they drew of my characters,
their own stories and pics, helped me with larger works like murals,
or gave me neat little odds-'n-ends! Besides, most of them don't have
pages to display it all on! This is the same reason why most of the
patrons on the list are mine and so few are others'.
